Looking for an apartment....PLEASE HELP!!

I have to find an apartment in 2 weeks. I plan on going on apartment tours this Saturday, 04/26. BIG PROBLEM.....I am moving to Detroit and don't know of the apartments in the area.

Please let me know if you know of any great apartment complexes. I am looking for a 2 bedroom place.

If you are living in a great apartment complex in a nice area please share the info.

THIS PLACE LOOKS PRETTY NICE, IS IT NEAR HENRY FORD HOSPITAL? I WILL BE RELOCATING MYSELF FROM OUT OF STATE, AND NEED AN APT NOT TOO FAR FROM DETROIT.

I did a mapquest from there to Henry Ford and it says about 25 minutes, 20.6 miles away from it. However the way they suggested seems to take you out and around, so it may be a little bit quicker than that.

You might want to try Madison Heights or Clawson. I lived in one that is now owned by Amber Apartments and it was nice and pretty reasonable.

Another tidbit, sometimes apartment complexes will have deals where they will cover heat or water. Look for deals. My first apartment covered the water, my rent was 435 bucks and it was a one bedroom apt and very nice.
