Long Beach City College (LBCC) ADN Fall 2021

Published

Hey all,

I haven't seen a forum for the LBCC Fall 2021 ADN cohort yet, so I decided to create one! I understand it's an extremely competitive lottery system, but I thought we can use this forum to ask questions, share stats, and/or talk about the application process.

According to past selections, there are usually 500-1500 applicants and only around 40 are given a spot. 20 people will be listed as alternates.

I will be applying with:

Life Sciences GPA: 4.0

English & Math GPA: 4.0

Overall GPA (I'm not sure if they look at this but..): 3.91

I took the TEAS twice (for other schools), but for my first try, I scored 81.3.

Good luck to everyone applying! Feel free to comment anything below.

Hi there,

so if the app due tonight? Or at the end of the day on the 11th?

I would say just try to get it in asap. A lot of nursing applications, usually have a deadline at the 4pm mark the day it’s due. So to avoid any delays, I would try to get it done as soon as you can.

Are we supposed to mail official transcripts?

I know it's super early to ask but does anyone know when we get the results?

Usually in 6-8 weeks. But last time, it took them almost 16 weeks because they got over 1,200 applications.
