Ok I know it's very early starting this but I am so excited I couldn't help it! Application period doesn't even start until January! My journey has been a long one and I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel so I am sharing a little of that experience here and I would love to hear from others as well.

I just received my clearance letter from the BON so I am clear to apply in January for North Harris and Montgomery ADN programs, unfortunately I missed Kingwood. At this point I have an 11.1 and I'm about to retake the HESI so we shall see what is in store for me. I'm done with all my pre-reqs for my BSN and I'm so ready to start the next phase of my education and get on with more taking care of people! It's been 25 years since I decided I wanted to be a nurse. Twenty years of raising my kids, taking care of soldiers' families and single soldiers and eight years of riding in an ambulance later, I'm ready to follow my dream! Watch me go!

Yes I took mine at lonestar. And when I took I I got results after each section I completed and then at the end a overall average

I sent a friends request on fb, I believe its to you! I would love the e-mail for the books....the cheapest bundle I found was $435. They emailed me the class list, we registered Thursday. We are taking the july 1st class. The orientation we attended in tomball did not go over the schedule well. The ladies in registerstration said not to go by the dates on the class schedule they printed out for us, that our instructors will let us know when and where to be... were you told the same? Also, do we need to wear the scrubs to the july classes?

I just got the call for north Harris I accepted ! :) they told me I was the last alternate for the year !

Hi everyone!! I hope all is well for everyone who has been accepted into the RN/LVN programs! I applied to Kingwood's LVN program and the deadline was Friday May 23. Does anyone happen to know about how long it may take to hear something back? I' am so nervous and excited! I know my score was not very high but 'm trying to still keep a positive attitude! :)

Also do they let you know if you simply just weren't accepted as well?

I received my blue card after about 3 weeks. And twinkletoes86 don't be discouraged I applied to the lvn at cy fair with a low score and I got accepted and now I got accepted to the ADN and you should hear in about a month I think that's how long it took us I hear back

Congrats yazi! Ayala I did my background check on April 30 in Katy at Sylvan learning center and got my blue card in the mail today.

Congrats Yazi, were you last alternate for North Harris or the whole system?? I've seen North Harris and Montgomery wonder if the other campus are still going to be calling:/
