Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

Anyone hear anything on the HIPPA form?

HIPPA form? Is it located in CertifiedProfile? I didn't notice anything.

I dont think we have a hippa form for Montgomery

I guess it is just North Harris then. Maybe Montgomery does theirs on site at clinical.

No, we got an email this week that the HIPAA form was messing up and they were working with certified profile to get it back up. Still waiting i guess..

Hey **** did you get the Maternal and Child Nursing Care books too (at orientation she said it was 2 books together vol 1/2) I took a picture of the books to make sure i was ordering the right ones and at first when i searched it was pulling up a green book that was around $120.. then i finally found the ones i have a picture of and for both books it was $511 USED! Is this what you found as well??

Holy *#$!!!!!!!! I did order one but I haven't received it yet... I looked everything up by number and checked them with author and publisher. I guess I should've checked though. I didn't even realize there were two of them.

I believe this is a correct one but I also remember **** said there were 2 books about maternal and child nursing care...

maybe I will ask her.

The list of books didn't have a number listed next to it and I just typed it in exactly what the list said. The book should be coming in soon. What color is it supposed to be again? As soon as I get it, I'll let you know. I could've missed when she said there were two of them, I kinda blanked oit a couple of times.

Okay, I got email from ******. She said we can get either one book or the 2 sections as vol 1and 2. So whichever you want, but of course I will get cheaper one lol

Ok well as long as it's the same book cheaper sounds better! I was just confused since it wasn't the same book I saw! Thanks for clearing that up!
