Hi everyone!
I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.
I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?
Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

I had my blood drawn this morning and they said I should have the results by next week. Apparently military immunization records aren't able to be used since they don't show the values or have a doctor's signature. It may sound strange since we are all going to nursing school, but does anyone else hate going to the doctor's office? I hate check ups and blood draws, but I really look forward to being the one doing them.
Ok so I finally was able to register for my moco classes and I just bought all my books except nursing skills online, Bon nurse examiners, and any of the the recommended books on Amazon and it was only $550 with shipping.... strange that I'm excited about spending that much.... on books?!?!? Lol. Now onto shots, titers, and CPR!
It's cheaper then I calculate! Did u get every textbook as new?
Hey Kevann.. When you received your titers results how do you know if your levels are high enough, mine said for the MMR I was immune but it was was in the abnormal column? I'm confused!
my lab result also said i was immune to MMR, however, my measle score was not enough so when I submitted my lab result to certifiedprofile.com, the new requiement (which was 1 booster)was appeared. I called them to ask why I had to take booster, they explained me even I was stated as immune, they just saw the numerical value of each.
ok well i just uploaded the paperwork and we shall see what they say! I believe my values are high enough, I just wasn't sure how to read my results at first! I am tired of spending all this money on immunizations and blood work!! Only one more shot (3rd Hep B) to go and them my check list is complete!!!
No, a few were almost new. I use amazon a lot and they are really good at returns if some aren't up to par. Is anyone in the july1st-10th summer class? Or the afternoon lab on tuesdays?
I am in the 1-July Summer class, but there Tuesday mornings for the lab. At least I'll get to talk your ear off this summer. (Grin)
