Lonestar Fall 2013 hopefuls

Hi everyone!

I just submitted my application for the Fall 2013 Lonestar College basic track ADN program. LSC-Montgomery is my first choice, followed by LSC-North Harris, and LSC-Tomball.

I applied with an 11.81. Has anyone else out there applied, or are you preparing to apply?

Looking forward to starting a supportive and informative Lonestar thread, as applicants have the past few years

I wonder why some school are e-mailing and some sending letter??!!! Has anyone tryed to call Montgomery and asked them when they are sending out their letters?

Montgomery said they are still waiting from the BON in their acceptance list that Montgomery sent them. Once they hear back then it will be about 10 days.

Dang that means it could still be a couple more weeks.. :( wonder how they got their transition students done so fast! Am I the only one who can't seen to focus on anything else!? I'm like glued to this thread and my mailbox! I need answers now! Lol

I believe that the transition applicants had a quick turn around because as licensed nurses we are already in the Texas Board of Nursing system. So I guess it would be easier to clear transition students especially if you recieve your license through TX. BON.

I just received an alternate email from NH. I guess 10.13 didn't make the cut. I was hopeful I would squeeze in. Does anyone know the %chance if an alternate getting in?
