Lonestar 2011 ADN Hopefuls

I didn't see a thread on here for Fall 2011 applicants to the Lonestar nursing program, so I decided to start one.:) I will be applying to Montgomery as my first choice and am really nervous about taking the HESI test with all of the added components. I applied to Kingwood this past application period with an 11.5652 and got an alternate spot, competition was fierce. So, here I go again, hopefully I'll get in this time around. I'm really nervous about the A&P portion of the HESI. I feel like I've forgotten alot of what I learned. Any suggestions from anyone?

did u talk with anyone to fix this?

no...ill wait and see if it fixes itself because before...i tried logging in and it said i didnt meet the math requirement but it just fixed itself all of a sudden

so ill wait...and if it's not fixed today...ill go tomorrow and tell them about it..and hopefully turn in my app too.

so where do you print the evaluation? did you find out? or did they print it out for you?

I could not find the evaluation so i am planning to meet the advisor in the evening or may be tomorrow.

I had the lady from the advising dept print my evaluation. It doesn't have to be the advisor. It was the person you wait in line for before seeing an advisor

ok, i got my evaluation from advising dept. but the title for the document is "academic advisement report" not "evaluation" or anything like that. it lists various subjects and if i passed the subject, it says satisfied.

it is the correct document? is it really the evaluation we need to submit??

louroque-- i think u should talk to nursing department. they should be able to guide you.

i had a hunch that it was the advisement report..

i saw it on mylonestar..in the my academics section...

i think that's what youre talking about..

anyway, i sent them an email about my hesi thing..they haven't replied yet..either way im gonna go to school tomorrow to ask them about it..

That's what mine said and they took it. It looks different now that u can't print it off myrecords. In reply to the wrong scores post. My reading was wrong to, but my composite and score was right so I turned it in. I think the fact that your score is right would be more important than turning it in the last minute waiting for the other numbers to change

yours was wrong too? what did they say?

anyway,on mine, the reading score is under 75...so it says its under the minimum...and the total still says 8...it hasnt updated my total score yet...which should be 11.5617...

Thanks Kay for the study guide, its really help me on my Hesi. Am relieve of all the anxiety all this while. Thanks one more time kay, you really make my day! Just finished my test 20 minutes ago.You're such a wonderful nurse! I never believed my score on the A&P section.....92. Wowww!

Ok, Great. So I have all the documents ready except for the Hep B shot evidence, which I will be getting tomorrow.
