Lone Star Spring 2020 ADN

Published

From reading everyone that got into Lone Star nursing programs I hypothesized one very important point. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get anything less than A's in English and A&P there is NO chance of admission.

The only instance I calculated a chance is a "B" in English, an "A" in A&P and a perfect 100% on the HESI. Other than that, A's in your classes with a minimum 88% on the exam is my observed formula for entrance.

I see why so many (myself included) get so worked up about the HESI. Anyone else taking the test next week at a Lone Star?

If anyone has taken A&P at a Lone Star over a summer session, how did you find attaining an A over the six-week period? Also, if anyone wants to part with a lab book...(?)

Wait what? Did they really?????

Lone Star recently got approved to offer a bachelors degree program for nursing. So once the new application period opens in January, you guys should be expecting that option. Just an update on that situation.

You have to have your ADN already. It's a bridge program.

Is it a bridge program there at lonestar or another articulation school?

Lone star should be offering a bridge program at the earliest fall 2020. They are working it all out but that’s all they would say is at the earliest fall 2020.

Can anyone tell me how to create my own castle branch account? I only see where they ask for the access code or to sign in. I can't see where to make me own account. Thanks!

This might sound really dumb but can you be kicked out from the program if they detect alcohol in your system ? (drug test)

When are we supposed do the drug test cuz I don't have any of that information from CF. CF didn't really give us much information which really sucks. Is anyone going tomorrow to turn in their Letter of Intent?

CyFair

On the paperwork it says that the information will be given to us at a later date and to continue to check our lonestar email. It worries me tho cuz the date says by September 1, which is next so hopefully the date is just wrong. I am going tomorrow to turn in my Letter of Intent so I will confirm all the dates on the checklist and let y'all know cuz some of the dates on there are already wrong.

I went through a link someone provided and the castle branch linked me to CyFair ADN Spring 2019 ????‍♀️
