From reading everyone that got into Lone Star nursing programs I hypothesized one very important point. Correct me if I'm wrong but if you get anything less than A's in English and A&P there is NO chance of admission.
The only instance I calculated a chance is a "B" in English, an "A" in A&P and a perfect 100% on the HESI. Other than that, A's in your classes with a minimum 88% on the exam is my observed formula for entrance.
I see why so many (myself included) get so worked up about the HESI. Anyone else taking the test next week at a Lone Star?
If anyone has taken A&P at a Lone Star over a summer session, how did you find attaining an A over the six-week period? Also, if anyone wants to part with a lab book...(?)
I’m signed up to take pharmacology and pathophysiology this semester. How hard are these classes?I’m worried about taking them at the same time and thinking about dropping pathophysiology.

I have never taken patho by its self but I heard it was not an easy class. I took pharm online so it was easy for me and my exams were online. I believe some people on here are also taking pharm as well.

I would say take pharmacology because I think pathophysiology is integrated into the curriculum for the integrated programs. I could be wrong though.
I took pharmacology over the summer and it’s a lot. I had 3 exams at the testing center. Weekly quizzes were done at home.

The wait is driving me insane. Every time my email pings my heart races. They just need to send out the emails already.

What professor did you have? My class is hybrid but I would prefer it to be all online
