Lone Star Fall 2012 ADN Applicants

I applied to Lone Star - ADN program Spring 2012. I was accepted as an alternate. I am hoping to get a call from the nursing department saying there is a spot for me. If not I will be reapplying for the next application period for entrance to the program in the Fall 2012. Good luck everyone!!!!

Well they are just telling me I'm past the time frame for my loan I had to file an appeal... Fingers crossed! Also I just started hybrid pharm at NH and I can tell its gonna be tough!

Does anyone in here know if there is a forum for LSC-Kingwood ADN 2013 hopefuls yet? I found one post about it but it wasn't very active...just trying to find some people that might possible be applying to that school this summer!

Thinking about applying to Kingwood for 2013 since I had to decline my acceptance at NH for the fall. I had family conflicts and sadly could not attend. I am also worried about financial aid since I received an email from them stating I have too many hours. I am appealing. Hope this does not keep me from going to nursing school in the spring.

What do they mean by too many hours? I really hope you're able to apply this summer! I'm sorry you had to let your spot go for NH...I know that must've been hard. Keep you head up!

Browneyes414- you should apply to Lonestar College Cyfair! I am going to apply for the Fall 2013 for the nursing program & would be great to apply with someone else!! Either way good luck!!!

Is it a 6 week or all summer? I'm really glad out tests are open book. 0bviously there's still a ton of work involved because there's no way I can look up every single answer in the time limit we have, but there's also no way I can memorize everything in15+ chapters in 6 days. I'm human!

Kingwood online. Ours is 6 weeks, too. I think I meant 6 days between tests. I was half asleep lol.
