Linfield 2021 Spring Cohort Application

Hi y'all, I haven't seen a post on the Linfield 2021 Cohort application so I thought I'd go ahead and create one. I am kind of nervous about this application because I have a little bit of experience (about 3 weeks) working as a caregiver and I have not completed all the prerequisites (I have one Chemistry class in progress which I am taking this Summer term). Here's my stats so far: 4.0 A&P series, 4.0 science lab courses (Microbiology, A&P series, nutrition, Chemistry/biology), no volunteering experience and 2 references from professors. I am kind of scared that I would not get selected about of these reasons... would you guys mind sharing y'all stats also?

Thank you! By the way, I thought OHSU has only one fall cohort..

I've just submitted my app to OHSU's ABSN and BSN programs.  Decisions come around February 2021 or so for Fall term (they've also recently added more cohorts to start at different terms).

I work there as a Medical Assistant, and I'll have all my prerequesites completed by then, so my application will be stronger than it did when I applied to Linfield.

I'm so happy for those who got accepted to Linfield, I hear they offer some great scholarships to help offset their program cost! Wish you all success! Take care!

Oh wow! Are you referring only to the accelerated program or also the traditional 3 years one? Because before I applied to linfield, it appears that they have only 1 cohort available (NursingCas didn’t even let me add their program at the time). As for the scholarships, do you know of any scholarship in particular that can help out? Either way, I think I would probably pick Linfield over OHSU mainly because of the 2 year duration versus 3 years.. but what’s your opinion?
