i wanted to start a thread for applicants for 2011 lichson, ill like to hear your process and just be there for all and go through the wait together. i know that hard parts are over with just the gruesome part is here WAITING! hope there some ppl out there going through the same thing as i

What influenced your decision to become a nurse?

What makes a good nurse?

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

How you imagine yourself as a nurse student?

What can you offer as a student to a Lich school?

What are your plans after graduating from a nursing school?

Any volunteer work or experience i health field?

what field of nursing you are interested in?

How are you planing to pay for your school?

What was the most difficult situation in your life and how you overcame it?

what is your regular day schedule?

Some questions about your grades... prerequisitis?

in writing you have to give Lichoson your reason why they allow you to become a nurse student.... wish you luck:)

I have been waiting for weeks and my nerves are frazzeled.When I heard they added another test i thought I was going to lose it. I keep praying. I hope i get a call soon. I luck to all.

I believe as long as you provide them with a transcript before you're expected to take A&P II (which is in the spring) then you'll get the credit for it.

I know tastemocha! But it's still so hard to deal with !! I just feel stuck ! Like I can't plan anything in my life until I get that call !! : ( everyday I wake up and hope it's the day they all! Well hears to us hopeing that the day will come very soon !!!! : (

I agree with Fara. I feel like I'm stuck. I cant plan or commit to anything else because its based on whether I get into LICH or any other nursing program.

My interview went really well. She even said that she "highly recommends" me, but she is not the one who makes the final decisions. So I'm praying that I get in. Have you got an interview yet?

thanx fleajones...actually i feel very good about it...of course i was nervous as heck but i'm glad that parts over. the professor was very nice, she told me that i did very well and that she can actually see me being her student in the evening fall semester. i broke out in tears when she said that "all because it was unexpected"...she told me that the decisions isn't left up to her and that the review has to go before the school committee yikes!!!! man the dreadful waiting is reaking havoc on my nerves, i thought the interview was the final phase !!! but hey @ this point "it is what it is" just gonna let go and let god...its outta my hands...but like i said, i feel positivity...she walked me to the front door, i aimed to shake her hand in thanx...she quickly dimissed my hand and hugged me instead...very sweet lady!!! now for the 2 week wait!!!
