I checked the status of my license in Illinois IDFPR site. It says
State check-failed/rejected
FBI-failed/rejected
Etc. I know my background isn't clear because I got a misdemeanor DUI in 2012. I sent a letter explaining what happened along with official documents to continental. Does continental share those documents with the BON? Or do I need to resend it to IDFPR? They let me sit for the NCLEX. I'm just wondering why it's taking so long and if it's more I need to do. They haven't sent me a letter or gave me a reason why it was rejected. Anyone else experienced this?
I gave them copies of things that was expunged off of my record. I went to court house got a letter stating I didn’t have a criminal background. I got that stamped and sealed. I made a trip to Springfield. When the lady came out she stated you sent copies we need it from the court house. I said you could have emailed me or sent a deficiency letter. Thank God I had those documents in hand. I didn’t try to hide anything and still was put on hold. I hope they have everything now. I hope they post my license soon.

Okay congrats! I uploaded mines to the website a few days ago. I’m hoping it posts soon! I’m in Illinois also but too far to drive to Springfield LOL
I'm guessing you're in Illinois, as continental seems to only be discussed for Illinois nursing students but I could be wrong. Most states, regulation of nursing is their "NRB" but Illinois it's actually continental testing services that approves everything and sends the 'OK' to the illinois department of professional regulation, which they send the 'OK' to pearsonVUE to send the ATT's. Which is crazy to me but whatever. I know with a conviction such as a DUI you have steps to go through and I am hoping you came out of it all good. People make mistakes. I am sure more people have drove under the influence than they would like to admit but you just got caught.
I applied for an license by endorsement both the permanent and temporary the temporary say rejected for personal history. I have an arrest but the charges were dismissed I uploaded that with my application everything else says pending this popped up on a Saturday so I haven’t been able to call yet who should I contact?

I had The same issue mine were both dismissed and the case was in 2011 as well. I took The drive to Springfield they issued me my license the same day. I called them but their responses were taking too long.

Did the BON email you after you faxed your documents? Did they just post your license before you received an email from them.
