    Do you know if arrest are disqualifying without a conviction? I was arrested for domestic disturbance of peace in 2011 pled not guilty and later the charges was dismissed. No conviction. Licensed in my home state

    I applied for an license by endorsement both the permanent and temporary the temporary say rejected for personal history. I have an arrest but the charges were dismissed I uploaded that with my application everything else says pending this popped up on a Saturday so I haven’t been able to call yet who should I contact?
