DUI

I was arrested for DUI a few months ago in CT. I was accepted into the first offender program and in a year my case will be dismissed as if it never happened. My employer is aware and is very supportive. Do I need to report this to the BON? Do I need a lawyer?

In my opinion, based on my interpretation of the two articles listed below, yes.  If you were arrested, not only are you required to report this, you should have done so within 30 days.

Again, in my opinion, you should consult with an attorney, preferably one experienced with handling DUI cases with your BON.  He or she will best be able to help you navigate this issue.

Best wishes as you work through this.
