hi everyone! i'm holli. i took boards on june 13th and passed with 75 questions. i am starting work on july 18th at the only hospital i ever wanted to work for. it is a great pediatric facility! i will be on the (post-op) surgical floor, and we also have all of the endocrine kids. also, they just added an epilepsy monitoring unit, for overnight monitoring and for the brain mapping they are doing. i expressed an interest in that, so they will cross-train me in that unit as well. i can't wait to get started!
so, tell me about you...

Hello everyone,
My name is Becky, I graduated this past May and took my boards last week and passed with 75 questions. I start orientation on August 7th and will be working prn after orientation on the postpartum unit which I am very excited about. It is the whole reason I got into nursing!! :monkeydance: I was very happy to hear that I got this job because it is EXTREMELY difficult to get a position in OB without any experience and being a new grad!!

Sort of like the work, but hate the hours. Looking for a new job now. Oh, also....found out that I'm pregnant on May 17....looks like I got a little careless that last month of school!! lol I'm due Jan. 22!

Hi all. I am 24. Just graduated this June. I had my first interview yesterday and they called me today to say I got the job. I'll be working as a GN in NICU. Taking boards Sept 13. Crossing my fingers and doing lots of practice questions in the meantime.
