Lehman College 2018 Fall Generic BSN/ABSN applicants!

Hello, everyone applying to Lehman's BSN/ABSN programs for Fall 2018!

I am currently working on my application and will very soon take HESI. I know application period does not start until January 1, but I thought I would create a thread so we could get in touch and support each other on the way to (keeping fingers crossed!) being accepted!

Do you guys think the school will provide lunch during Monday's orientation or we should bring our own lunch?

I'm sure there will be food

I thought we had to come in at 9am too, but you're right. I just checked the orientation packet and it says 9:30am

I thought 9:30 too. I checked everything I could and only saw 9:30. But I plan to be there around 9 to play it safe.

Hey everyone! I hope you enjoyed the 2-day orientation!! I meant to ask one of the ladies there but totally forgot. Do you know if we are also expected to wear uniforms to class (like lecture), or only clinicals?

That is what I thought, too. That we wear uniforms during our labs on campus and clinicals. I guess when I go to pick up my pin I will make a stop at the Nursing Dept.

The first day of clinicals we will report to lehman rather than our sites but we should still wear our uniforms.
