Hey all!!! Has anyone else been contacted for a pre-screening interview for the Summer 2014 Versant program at Legacy? I don't like in Portland, but I just received the phone call to schedule mine and I was wondering how others were preparing and how the process was going for other people. Thanks! And good luck to you all!!!

Which hospital?? I interviewed at Salmon Creek with the manager of W&C services, I figured that would be NICU spots. At least on the Washington side. I didnt make it through to the second round though... July 10th is tomorrow and I have settled with the fact that it wont happen this time. Best of luck and congrats to those who made it through.

I'm talking about Randall Children's in Portland. I see that people have heard from most other units, but not this one. But you're right, it probably won't happen this time. Congrats everyone!

Do they notify you either way, or do they only notify you if you get a job and if not then it's just radio silence. The paperwork said that they will notify us the week of the 14th and I haven't heard a thing by phone or email. Do I assume if Friday at 5:00 rolls around then I can let it go and consider it a wash?

According to HR "Offers will be extended on July 18th. All hires will then be required to attend a pre-employment onboarding meeting on Tuesday, July 22nd from 8:30a – 12pm"

I was told that we would be notified either way. And the last email from the recruiter did say that offers would be made on July 18, so it's the waiting game for a couple more days I guess...
