Hi! I wanted to start a forum post about the Residency program for Legacy Hospitals in the PNW. Has anyone else heard back about their interviews?

I'm sure you did great! I had practicum in the ICU, but I don't know if that was enough. I'll find out tomorrow! Do you feel good about it?

I read in another thread that people were already getting calls for peds. I knew legacy was super competitive when i started this process! Oh well, at least I have a job offer elsewhere still. Good luck to everyone that's going on for the second round of interviews!

it was on the portland residencies thread (https://allnurses.com/oregon-nursing/portland-rn-residencies-985941-page2.html)

however they only heard about calls for one of the randall floors, no word on the PICU or the other floor

That makes me feel better actually thanks! I feel like I did better on my picu interview than the peds interview. And I only went to one acute peds table and I forget which floors it was for. I'm still not totally counting on a call since it's so competitive. But I have a little more hope!

yeah i'm still holding on seeing as it's only the 2nd of June (I recall the recruiter saying something about calls going out the first week of June) and we haven't heard about calls for 2 out of the 3
