Has anyone heard about what kind of questions they ask? Nobody seems willing to talk about it, like sharing would be giving away their edge or advantage.

I have no idea. This is my first time going through the process, so I don't have any experience. They did say in the emails that there would be some situational questions. I think they want to figure out who we are as people and how we deal with work-related dilemmas

I hope no one is pulling their hair out yet! I know I'm getting close; the waiting game is unbearable! Has anyone started hearing back about second interviews yet?

I know! I was looking at old threads at it seemed like at least last cycle people start getting calls about 10 days after the first interview event. So I'm not expecting anything until the earliest next Monday. And I'm telling myself a lot of people interviewed so trying not to be crushed if this doesn't come through. But fingers crossed that I'll at least make it to the second round!

Hi Everyone!

I got a call for a second interview coming up next Tuesday for IMCU / ICU at Meridian Park. I am excited! I wasn't expecting to hear back so soon. I haven't heard anything from the other departments. Good Luck to you all! I hope we can all get at least a shot for a more personal interview with the departments that we picked.

I just got a call from the Good Sam ICU. They'll be interviewing 8 people on 6/3 or 6/10 for 2 night shift positions. Hopefully more of you will be getting calls!

Hi everyone,

I still haven't received a call/email about a possible second interview yet, but I did just get an email saying from the recruiter. It said "good luck on making it this far and interviews are well underway. If you don't hear anything by the end of June you probably didn't get it." That is clearly the short hand.. I am just not sure if this is a good sign. I feel like I have been waiting forever. Plus I am a little bummed as I have worked for legacy for five years, but I guess I won't give up hope yet. What do you think is this a good sign?

The recruiter mentioned at the first-round interviews that this email was going to be sent out so I don't really think it means anything. It's just a follow-up that was sent to everyone.
