Legacy Health RN Residency 2011

Did anyone applied to the Cohort 2011 RN residency at Legacy Health?

Scaredtorelocate, I know the feeling, I was from out of town (just moved here a week ago) and have NO networks. I made great networks back in Nebraska but that does not help me here... California is CRAZY in its hiring of New Grads (so I hear) and am secretly glad Portland is not Califonia...but.. I still have no job. Waiting for my second interview is no fun either. I practice every night...feels like studying for a test again! :uhoh3:

Let us know if there are any updates, It helps my nerves...I think...

FYI: I just heard from a unit manager that HR will be making job offers the first week of July.

FYI: I just heard from a unit manager that HR will be making job offers the first week of July.

So I guess that means final interviews will be done by then? Has anyone else heard about a second interview? I kind of thinking I'll get a "thanks but no thanks" letter any day now. It seems they would have called by now if I was going to picked for a final interview.... I'm still trying to stay positive though. At least until the end of this week anyway! :)

I just wanted to let everyone know that they just tweeted that they are still in the process of selecting people for final interviews.... Maybe there is some hope left for us that have not been called yet! :)

Defiantly, I don't even have my interview until the 28th so there is plenty of time to call other people and interview them!! Keeping my fingers crossed for all of you!

Thank you ladies for the support!! Had my interview today and just loved the people there!! There were all so kind and funny!! I am glad I do not have the task of hiring only 2 applicants! It will be a hard decision! I am really honoured to have made it this far!!! Now happily waiting some more :rolleyes:

Any news from anyone else? :heartbeat

I'm still waiting for an official job offer. I got copies of my clear background check from Legacy employment services yesterday. I was told that the first week of July would be when we would hear from HR. Were you given any info on what to expect?

Did they do a background check because you already got an offer? Or did that give you the hint they will offer you the job?

I am waiting to hear from them, and I am going crazy! :eek:

No, no offer yet... Just thinking positive (with knots in my tummy... trying to avoid an ulcer!) ;) Did you have a second interview too?
