Lawson State fall 2017

Hello everyone I would like to congratulate everyone who made it into this falls (2016) cohort. I will be applying to Lawsons fall 2017 cohort. I am creating this forum for those who are currently in the program that would like to encourage the next class and also let us know what to expect and for those applying to the 2017 cohort. Lets also post scores as we complete classes and take the ACT. So far I have taken bio 103, micro, eng, a&p 1, psych 1& 2, humanity, and will be taking a&p 2 and math 100 this miniterm and will be taking hps 103 and mth 186 in January. Oh and also remember no question is a dumb question unless you dont ask it!!!

Did you get a letter from Lawson stating you were admitted into the college BEFORE doing your application. Without your HS transcript you wouldn't be admitted into the college. If you did in fact have your official (directly from your HS to Lawson) transcripts sent I would contact the admissions department so that they can remedy this. If you never had it sent from your high school to Lawson, unfortunately that is a disqualifying factor for the nursing program. If you had it sent let me know and I will let you know what to do from there to remedy this

Also, I just checked the checklist for the application. If you had official transcripts sent in you would still need to attach unofficial transcripts to your application

I attached all of my college transcripts and the college has all of my college scripts and I did receive an acceptance letter prior....í ¾í´”

Don't think they will change until after the holiday. I haven't seen a change as of today.
