LAVC Fall 2020

Hi Guys!!

I’m getting ready to start the nursing application for LAVC. They ask us to “mail” our transcripts I’m but I’m wondering if e-transcripts are just as good? It’s still being send out from one campus go LAVC Admissions’ office... just not physically, ya know? Haha

Let me know if y’all had an experience with this!

But if I recall correctly, doesn’t LAVC do a lottery? So basically as long as you make the cut off you have the same probability of getting in as everyone else.

When did you receive the invitation to send the TEAS? You mentioned that you had a zoom meeting with them, how many of you guys attended in the meeting? Thank you for the information. Congratulations!

I received a call. They asked me to send the TEAS to them by tomorrow. I guess that means I got accepted but not sure?? Keep up the hope guys I’m sure many will receive a call soon too.

Thank you! The meeting went well. It looks like lectures will be predominantly online, and clinicals are TBD. There was no mention on whether the class was full.
