For those who have registered for classes, do you have access to the classes via canvas? For me, it just shows the nursing orientation tab.

This reply is late but here are my stats if you're still interested: 4.0 pre-req GPA, 86 TEAS, 2.5yrs as an EMT, 200hrs of volunteering, BS degree. Woops, just realized this is the Spring 2020 cohort LOL. oh well, I hope you all had a great semester! And good luck to the incoming cohort!

Has anyone completed the titers yet? How long did the whole process take.

How do you know? Did they talk to you about it? I emailed someone from their department last week but never received a reply

Does that mean they’re going to do another lottery for people who have already submitted TEAS scores?

Nice stats! I have similar numbers so hopefully I get some good news from them ? But if I recall correctly, doesn’t LAVC do a lottery? So basically as long as you make the cut off you have the same probability of getting in as everyone else.

Today I was told they never got my acceptance email and that they had given away my spot. This was clearly a clerical error as I had sent my acceptance before the deadline. I forwarded the email I sent to the department last month and they said they would look into it. So if anyone is in a similar situation, please check with them because there is a chance that they may not have seen your acceptance email and gave your spot away.

I emailed the department chair on July 8th and haven't received an email back. No one has called me back or emailed me.

Has anyone received information from LAVC? I emailed them last week but never got a reply. Some people said they would inform us last week but I don't think that happened.
