OP: I think it is great! If I am thinking of the right person, she ran and won in her hometown district. She also is a part of the real women's revolution of Congress and is a part of a congressional incoming class that will reflective in looks, gender diversity, ethnic diversity, religious diversity, sexual preferences, etc. in our country compared to any other congressional class in American History. In addition, votes are still being counted and so she will make history being a part of the BLUE WAVE, which motivated the largest turnout of American citizens to vote in the midterms in American History.
So, yeah! Onward and upward to getting universal health care someday because it is a human right to have access to affordable health care in our country. Plus, onward and upward to protecting Social Security, Medicare, the VA, VA benefits, and expanding Medicaid... All of which the current people in Congress (who were largely voted out) were not interested in doing to protect us. :)
