LATTC FALL 2020/Spring 2021

Hello! I am starting this topic so we, who applied to LATTC, can keep each other informed. I have applied July 2 2018, and so far I have not started the program. When I went to go check where I was at on the waitlist, it looks like they only got to those who applied April/May 2018 for the cohort Fall 2020. That being said I believe I will be starting Spring 2021. Please comment any information you may have or when you applied ?

How do you make an appt to speak with a counselor since I am not a student at the school?

Go on the website and sign in as a guest. That’s how I did it. You’ll see the counselors for the nursing department and choose from the available options.

I think a lot of people are getting misinformed. And at this point we are playing telephone. Right now for sure people who applied in July 2018 and August 2018 have gotten an email. Those people have till November 13th to reply to the email. Right now they are still waiting to get word from the county Health to start a new cohort. Don’t let others scare you thinking they may have skipped you, especially when you are so close. Keep your hopes up ? 

Did you respond to the email on top of answering the survey? I’m tempted to respond to the email to let them know that I filled out the survey ‘cause I’m paranoid that they didn’t get it or something haha.

The way this covid thing is going with increasing cases..... I bet they are going to postpone our start date ?? but keeping hopes up high

Yup. Cases have been rising. I don’t see us starting soon. And honestly I’ve been so stressed out with school right now that I haven’t been thinking about nursing. ? LOL. You know just hoping I get some miracle happen out of no where LOL! ??

Hahah I want to! I feel the same way. Well it’s now past Nov 13th, the due date of the surveys, hopefully we will get an answer this week

do you guys know what happens when someone miss to respond to the survey they sent out?

My friend said he didn't see the survey till the 15th cos it was in his junk and they sent them out on the 2nd Nov. He tried sending a message to -------------------------- but she didn't respond.
