RaDonda Vaught made at least 10 mistakes in fatal Vanderbilt medication error, prosecutors say

This article outlines details of the prosecution's case. I am curious as to how the defense plans to pin this on the hospital?

I still can't fathom why the Tennessee BON didn't see fit to require at least some reeducation of Ms Vaught!

Then They failed to submit the accurate report from the beginning because this investigation has been over!

So you’re saying that the TBI provided falsified documents?

Again! I said her statement of what happened hasn’t changed!

No you said they “failed to submit the accurate report for the beginning”. What do you mean by that?

Lordy mercy I said if their document has changed since the initial document then that is on them that doesn’t mean her statement changed.

Interesting... I'm just here for the comments because I'm liking the exchange of ideas and scenarios. I've been following this case but I'm reserving judgment until I see more info.

Until then....

Do you know RV personally? Do you work at ? I ask because you've been going hard defending her. Like @Wuzzie, I got the impression you were saying the report was wrong or changed and RV was right. How would you know that? Unless you have inside information, you wouldn't know anything to be exact. What everyone is saying, from what I gathered, is RV was wrong because of NUMEROUS mistakes, intentionally made because they could have been avoided had she done something as simple as the 5 checks, and yet you're claiming she's not a fault and the official report is wrong. Again, how would you know that? Are you RV or do you know her? No one can without a doubt dispute the official findings unless they have insider information. Do you?

@Dsmcrn -

We are not unreasonable here, we have had a lot of discussions about this; handled fairly well, I think. Can you explain how you see things?

As I have stated a few times I live in Texas. So no I am not RV and I don’t “know” her. Again I have never said her practice was ok. I never said she wasn’t at fault. I don’t agree with criminal charges I have said that. I never said the official report was wrong. Again read all the comments the comment was made “now she says she”. I said that has been her claim all along it’s not new. If it wasn’t in the TBI report to begin with I don’t know what to tell you. Her story hasn’t changed. I will gladly leave the thread so y’all can continue on.

Oh now you need to leave the thread because we're asking you to explain why you're clearly offended at others opinions on this matter? Her story doesn't make it official. You legit said the official report is wrong and that her story is the accurate account.

I'm not the only one who got that perception from your posts. Now you're pretending to be some fake victim here. Don't leave the thread, answer the numerous questions presented to you as you have answered none. You keep repeating yourself while simply not answering any questions and simultaneously playing victim like we've burned RV at the stake or some type of way attacked you.

I simply want to know WHY you feel RV shouldn't be held accountable for reckless practice that resulted in a patient dying? Based upon her gofundme, reports, and the official report, her story has changed. As you stated: "I don't know what to tell YOU!"

It's fine you don't think she should be criminally charged. You're entitled to that opinion. However, don't let your personal feelings bias the actual facts. Many have stated they would change their views if more accurate information comes out that exonerates her. But you on the other hand, have dismissed any and all information, viewpoints, and even the official record (since you're caught up on this official accounting thing), yet you get offended when your clearly biased viewpoint is questioned. How that work? We're not even dismissing it, as you have done to us, we're just asking for more details as to why you feel that way.

Seems you don't have any substantial proof to back up your claims so the go to response is to be fake outraged and dismissive? Got it!

I think you are confusing the CMS report and the TBI report. Two different agencies. Two different reports.

Not playing victim. Removing myself from the environment. I don’t feel it’s a criminal case that’s it. I don’t have to explain that to you. I don’t feel it’s a criminal case.

I didn’t legit say their report is wrong. This was the exchange here.
