Langara September 2020 Intake

Hi Langara hopefuls!

I know it's early, but I wanted to start a thread for September 2020 intake because I'm currently ramping up to apply and getting excited!

I'm taking A+P at the moment, and will be taking 3 other prereqs in the fall at TRU. I have a couple of college certs, some uni credits, but no degree yet.

Anyone else out there prepping and getting ansy?

Hi guys! Just wanted to know what GPA you guys applied with to get an idea. I applied with 3.6 for this intake but kinda nervous because I know the September intake has higher GPA average.

I applied with 3.74 but haven’t heard back yet ? but I have to push to January semester anyways cuz got preg unexpectedly LOL

Hey! I applied with a 3.86 and no previous degree!

3.6 in the past seems to have a solid chance at acceptance! ?

Congrats! Haha

We wouldn't be hearing anything until at least the end of the month/early March! If you do happen to get accepted, I'm pretty sure you can defer it for January so you don't have to apply again!

Hey all. Does anyone know what GPA langara take? I heard that they only take the GPA of the five required courses but im not sure...

To correct what I said above, emails will probably go out at the end of the month/early April! As they say it takes 8 weeks for decisions once applications were due (Jan 31)

Hi!

It seems like in past years emails have gone out late February / early March (today actually)

So hopefully they come soon and we don’t have to wait until late March ? good luck everyone!
