  1. Hello! I believe you will need to wait until Langara submits the final grades in December. Goodluck!
  2. Hey ? Langara no longer prioritizes degree holders. Best of luck!
  3. Hey!! Yes I retook bio 1190 and also stats. With it being so competitive, definitely repeat a class if you need that extra bump!
  4. I'm actually shocked that 3. 6 is being waitlisted this intake... Normally that's accepted off the bat! So competitive...
  5. @Hallinski @tapioca16 hi BSN students!! I was just wondering how things were going with COVID and school? Is langara handling it well? Your profs?! Is clinical still going on? What's different now? Hope everyone is staying safe!
  6. This is super helpful, thank you!! When you say they give out lecture notes, are they paper notes or do they also provide a pdf version or something online?
  7. Langara doesnt do interviews. Next step would be to finish the rest of the requirements (immunization forms, CPR, mask fitting). There's also some modules that can be done but I'm not sure where to access them. Maybe @tapioca16 does?
  8. I'm shocked!! I'm so curious what the average is for this intake....
  9. @tapioca16 hi! I was just wondering if you knew if any of the profs don't allow laptops/ipads in lecture? also, do you find there to be non-stop notetaking, or do some of the profs also give out lecture notes?
  10. They're still in the midst of sending letters out. That is what my application said before they gave my offer. They'll likely contact you soon.
  11. Looking at past forums, I'd say you still have a shot. Lots of people on the waitlist get accepted even a week before classes start. All depends on the amount of people who reject or defer their position and where you are on the waitlist. Don't give up yet!!
  12. Hi everyone!! I've gone ahead and created a page for those who get accepted for this intake! (I didn't see one already made). Hopefully we can use this page to create connections and help each other through our next 3 years! Langara Nursing Sept 2020: https://www.facebook.com/groups/500621673944921/
  13. Well I saw someone get in with a 3.3....not sure if they had a degree or not! Best of luck!!
