Langara Nursing Fall 2022

Just wondering if anyone else applied to the Langara Nursing program for the Fall 2022 intake? If so what GPA did you apply with? I'm super demotivated and don't have much hope of getting in since I've heard the fall intake is much more competitive. Let's all help each other out! ?

Is your Casper Test for November 4th at 5:00 PST? I'm so nervous for it and especially the Snapshot video interview... I get super anxious when on the spot and the fact that we can't go back or redo is super scary!

Yeah, my CASPer test is on November 4th at 5 PST. High key nervous about it because it's going to be my first time doing a test of that sort. 

Got so happy when I heard that was my GPA because many people have gotten in with a 3.6! I was hoping there would be more of us who could participate in this forum?

I literally cannot wait till February/March for a decision LOL

SUPER nervous for CASper and especially the Snapshot video interview... 

I just requested my official transcript from BCIT to send to Langara because I really don't want them to look at my previous A&P grade LOL

My application status has changed for Langara's application. It went from "pending review" to "docs reviewed-program checklist". Just a small and quick update for you guys, don't know if the status change means much right now LOL

My application status changed to "Docs Received - Program Checklist". I'm waiting for Langara to update my application status with my BCIT A&P grade to be considered for my CGPA. Have you heard anything else since?

It is also my first time applying! I applied the first day the applications opened on Oct 1. If you don't mind me asking, what was your GPA when applying?

Hi! 

I applied on Oct 1 when the applications opened as well. Right now mine says "Docs Received - Under Review". They have until May-June to let us know on our status so don't worry about yours not being checked yet! What is your CGPA that you are applying with? Where did you take your pre-reqs?

My application status currently says “docs, received - under review:” I applied on October 1st!

I just got an email saying that my application is now complete and now my status has changed. Now, it says to wait until one or two months after the deadline to hear their decision... this is getting exciting!

Hi. I do not have my final grade yet. I am finishing my last pre-requisite. Any one knows what grade Bcit 90 will be at Langara.

I believe a 90 is a A- at Langara if I'm correct!

Hi, I'm applying with a 3.798 GPA. Hopefully the average won't be too high for the Fall 2022 intake
