It's super early but I wanted to start a thread for those planning to apply to Langara for the Fall 2017 intake!

I am finishing one last prerequisite and will be applying as soon as applications open in November.

Who else is going to apply to this intake?!

The anticipation can be unbearable sometimes, but I can't wait to potentially meet all you fellow nurses-to-be. I applied with a 3.9 GPA but no prior degree. Keeping my fingers crossed. Good luck everyone! :)

I'm going to give myself an anxiety attack thinking about how many people could be applying with higher gpas. Like how many at 4.3 4.0 3.9 3.8... lmao. So far like all of you! I know they said to give like 4-6 weeks to email decisions, but do you think they'll send out the degree holder and highest gpas like next weekish? And the lower ones after? I hate that these decisions take so long haha.

Hahaha I know how you feel. I applied back when applications first opened so I have been waiting for months! I talked with an advisor and he said that it usually takes them 4 weeks to review applications AFTER the deadline so we should start hearing back early to mid March. I think it also depends on the volume of applications for this intake. I'm really curious as to how many people applied!!

I was looking at the past Fall intake and I think the first post about an offer was on March 4th, to a degree holder.

I know I will be obsessively checking my application status in March xD

Glad I'm not the only one! :) I wonder how many applied too... and how many of those are degree holders. Hm well here's to another month of holding our breath haha.

All your GPA are skyrocketing high comparing to mine. LOL. Im applying with a 3.07 GPA so im not hoping i can get in the program. It'll take a miracle for me to get in haha.
