Langara Fall 2017

Hi!

It's super early but I wanted to start a thread for those planning to apply to Langara for the Fall 2017 intake!

I am finishing one last prerequisite and will be applying as soon as applications open in November.

Who else is going to apply to this intake?!

Just got accepted off the waitlist with a 3.4 on Friday. Best of luck to everyone still waiting, theres lots of time left!!

Hey, you will have to apply to kpu to get into the health foundations. It is first come first serve, so spaces fill up very very quickly! it is best to apply online as soon as the registrations open. Meanwhile, you can try getting on the wait list for the required classes instead of waiting to get into the health foundations program.

Hey Everybody,

I am so happy to have found this feed! I'm currently on both the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 waitlist and my GPA on the 5 pre-req courses is 3.32.

Does anybody know when other Nursing schools (BCIT, UBC for example) send out their offers?

Hello all, My name is Michael currently in Term 5 of the Langara BSN program and also I am part of the Langara CRNBC Nursing student group, which is of the support groups for nursing students along with 3 other clubs namely SNAP, CNSA, and ARNBC. We will be going to host a number of workshops to help you excel in the program. Hi everyone,

Just to let everyone know langara sent me an acceptance offer about a week ago, unfortunately i had already been accepted at BCIT so i declined. My GPA was 3.33 so for those who are still waiting, don't fret cause you still got a chance!

Hello Everybody,

Just an update. I have just been called by Langara and been offered acceptance to Fall 2017. A student has dropped out after the first week and I am starting Monday! My pre-req GPA was 3.27.

Hey guys, how long did it take from the moment you applied to the moment you got accepted. I'm from Saskatchewan moving to BC in January and i want to do the RN program in September. Im already an LPN, but this whole process is a bit confusing to me.
