I got an email from U of A at 2:56 to check my portal and they offered me admission! So I believe some applicants might hear from them soon.

Yes! Mine says the same thing, awaiting decision on top and congratulation on admission at the bottom. This is why I was so confused, thinking maybe I missed an email or they just happened to update the portal first.

Hi! Just curious if anyone has applied to University of Alberta and has received any offers yet? This is my first time applying so I am not sure if the school emails with the decision to your personal email or changes the application portal first?

I was told from someone in UBC when I was working on my application that starting this year the admissions committee won't focus on your GPA and how high it is when making admission decisions. As long as you meet their minimum GPA requirement for the NP Program (which I am not sure what the required minimum GPA is to apply) your application will move forward for the admissions committee to review your the rest of your application to make their decision.

I got an email too clarifying I got Surrey Campus which was my first choice!

Oh I see it now. I got Vancouver too but my choice was Surrey.

I got my offer today from UBC at 16:45! This makes things confusing as I already accepted my TRU offer. Does anyone know who I should reach out to at UBC to confirm if I got my choice of campus?

Hey everyone! Just wondering if those who were accepted to TRU got any followup email from the school or confirmation of seat after paying the deposit? I tried reaching out to the school couple of times to confirm if my deposit was received and to inquire about transfer credits but I have not heard back. My application still says seat offered.

I got an acceptance email too around 10:15 and my application status changed to seat offered!

Has anyone heard anything from TRU? Mine still says pending decision...

I didn't find anything about a 'statement of intent' either on the UVIC website. I am reapplying to the program at UVIC so I attached my reapplication letter as a personal submission option.

I hope so too! Their last email which was sent end of March mentioned that admission letters will be sent out soon and if by April 21st you have not heard from the school then you can reach out to them. I am guessing they might not be doing a waitlist either this year?

No I have not have anything yet. I believe they might have already sent out the acceptance letters via email to those who got in.
