Published

Hi!

It's super early but I wanted to start a thread for those planning to apply to Langara for the Fall 2017 intake!

I am finishing one last prerequisite and will be applying as soon as applications open in November.

Who else is going to apply to this intake?!

Guys!! Anyone get an offer off the waitlist yet??

Nope! Still waiting :(

Hi guys! I've just gotten accepted off the waitlist! Looks like other schools have sent out their offers!

congrats thats so exciting!! would you mind sharing your gpa?

I applied with a GPA of 3.48. Hope it provides a reference for the rest on the waitlist

Congrats!! How were you contacted? Did they call you or email you for a seat offered?

They only contact you through email

Congrats on your acceptance! If you want to join the FB group just shoot me a DM and I'll provide you with the link to the FB group. :)

Hey guys! Thought I'd join this chat as I was accepted off the waitlist today!!

Im so relieved and excited to meet you all.

I was accepted with a 3.58 GPA if that interests anyone.

I also requested to join the fb group so hopefully I'll hear from you all soon :)

Hi everyone, I got accepted off the wait list today too, I had around a 3.6. I think I already stumbled across the Facebook group though. I already paid 500 for my tuition deposit at TRU for their nursing program but it looks like I'm gonna leave that behind. I'm also still waiting on bcit to get back to me as I moved on in their application process.

Are you not doing Psych Nursing at Kwantlen anymore?

Lol no, I did a year of the psych nursing program and it was super interesting but I'd rather do RN since it has wider scope and it's more "medical". For me, psych nursing was more of a safety net while I was applying to rn programs.
