I am working at Lancaster General as a travel RN and, although I don't know what their starting wages are, I can tell you it has been one of the better hospitals I have worked at.

Not sure what RNs start out at but to give you an idea their LPNs start out at $12.80/hr for dayshift, not sure what shift diff there is. The hospital is magnet status, we did our clinical there and it really is a nice place, hard to get into so consider yourself lucky!!

I know that this is an old thread, however I don't see if the answer has been posted and I am interested to find out what the new grad rate is at Lancaster General as well as how much thier night shift differential is.

I'm going to Lancaster General College right now. I was told at some point that the new nurses usually make $22/hr.....however, the info didn't come from an employee but from someone on the admissions staff. I know a girl that worked at the Women's and Babies hospital (which is part of LGH right?) and she said they started out at $19/hr.

$23.61 for new grads. 10% differential for nights and 15% differential for weekends
