LA Pierce College Fall 2020

Hello! I applied for the Fall 2020 cycle at Pierce. I just wanted to have a place to discuss it and also to see how everyone’s application process is going.

They said the whole school is closed therefore everything is cancelled

Did the nursing department say this? Are they planning on sending out some sort of notification? Thank you so much!

They should really be more on top of informing us. It would be horrible to show up and nothing is there. I hope they can also give us an estimated date that they plan to move the TEAS too.

Just looked at sign up genius and I don't see the group anymore for taking the TEAS on March 28th.

I just logged in and I still see it for March 28th

I received a call from the dean office and the chairman from the nursing department emailed them and said the test will be postponed for a later date and the secretary of the nursing department will be sending out emails shortly to everyone that signed up for March 28th.

Can you guys let me know if you get an email?

I received an invite for the TEAS but did not get a slot for the 28th because it was full. I planned on taking it at a testing center and submitting my scores. Now that all the testing centers are closed I need to know what Pierce’s new deadline is.

Hopefully they send the email to everyone that received an invite and not just those who got a slot on the 28th!

I received an email from pierce nursing saying that TEAS testing on Saturday, March 28, 2020 is cancelled.
