LA Pierce College Fall 2020

Hello! I applied for the Fall 2020 cycle at Pierce. I just wanted to have a place to discuss it and also to see how everyone’s application process is going.

That would be awesome. I sent my acceptance, and got my “received thanks”

and nothing since. Did it go to his school or private email ?

@EMT2RN21 It went to his LACCD email, but he said it was weird cause most ppl it was sent to their district emails, but there were a few sent to personal email addresses. But only a couple.

Can you check to see if something that resembles mine is on there maybe they mistyped or if it’s there ? It’s [email protected]

Thanks for checking. IDK if they are sending them out in a second batch. I’m scared they sent my acceptance on accident now and aren’t answering because they don’t wanna just say sorry accident #anxiety

@EMT2RN21 You could always try re-sending. My husband originally replied directly to the email but then forwarded his reply when he didn't hear back and changed the subject line to include his name, the semester and "ACCEPT". How many times have you sent it?

So when I got my acceptance I emailed 2 different places, and a few days later I got an email saying “received thank you “ and then nothing since ....

@EMT2RN21 As long as you emailed [email protected] I think you should be good.

You can send a follow-up informing them no additional information has been received but you have spoken with other students who have said information has been sent. If all else fails, I'll get the name of the head instructor for you. You still have time, don't worry.

Just anxiety ridden is all LOL. I just sent a follow up email. I mean I know I got the acceptance letter but now I’m kinda left in the dark ....but I know I’m not completely alone

@EMT2RN21 No you are not! And if you don't get a response in a day or two from your follow-up, let me know and I can get the info of the person sending the emails out from my husband and maybe you can reach out to them directly.
