Hello! I applied for the Fall 2020 cycle at Pierce. I just wanted to have a place to discuss it and also to see how everyone’s application process is going.

Me too. One of my husbands classmates, her boyfriend is in the 2nd semester and he says it’s kinda on us to start communication at all Times and they aren’t the BEST communicator.
Did you get an email saying they received your acceptance?

I haven’t even gotten the email of them saying that they have received my acceptance ?

Yes they said they received my acceptance

Hubby said no email has been received for orientation yet. He did ask about registering because he tried to last night but was unable to. They said there is an issue "due to the pandemic" and they will cover how to get around it during orientation.

He emailed twice before he got a response about his acceptance. But I think if you received the welcome email you should be good to go.

I know dates & times for orientation if that's what you're looking for, but that's about it. I think individualized links will be sent out for Zoom. They seem to be waiting until orientation to do everything. He wanted to start his background stuff early as well but you need a login or code provided by the school.

What welcome letter ? Or just the general email about the acceptance being received ?

@EMT2RN21 After you send in your acceptance form there is a "Welcome" email with orientation dates, general overview of next steps, classes planned for Fall, etc. There are also attachments needed for your physical and a second email with the handbook attached.

So I got an email that they received my acceptance but nothing else ???

I havent received anything like that ? is it possible they revoked their offer?

@EMT2RN21 @NurseMe It was sent out on Friday. I think he said there were only like 23 people on it though so perhaps it was just the first distribution cause I thought the class size was like 36 or so. I could be wrong. I can have him let me check if your email is listed perhaps?
