Is anyone applying for Fall 2016? Has anyone here attended the information session for Fall 2016 applicants? If so, can you provide some details as to what is was about. I was not able to attend.
The schedule for all semesters is listed on their website. Under School Of Nursing > Current Student > Schedule of Classes. It's available to everyone for download. You can see the hours are and what classes you will be taking. For me this past spring we had class M 7a-12p, clinicals T/W 7a-1p, class Thurs 1p-3p
Thank you for the all current students that came here and posted. That's helps everyone SOOOO much.
Regarding the Bsn program, WGU has a program were if you really put some effort your can receive your Bsn within 6 months. You pay every 6 months so if you can't complete it then you pay for another six months. Im sure this site will have more information. It's online and I believe they accept students every month.
Oh yeah..... I got in too.!!!! :) LOL.
Hi everyone! Congrats to all who got in. I still haven't received any letter from LAC. I'm nervous because some of you mentioned you received the acceptance letter through email. I called the school yesterday and they told me that they will be sending out both acceptance and rejection letters at the end of the day. I also asked if they were sending acceptance letter through email and the lady I spoke to said NO. So now, I'm a bit worried. Does it mean I didn't get accepted because I didn't receive an email? And that the letters have been sent out for those who got accepted and rejection letters were sent out yesterday?

I would not worry, when I called the school on Thursday they told me that the acceptance emails will be sent out at the end of that day, and that I should be receiving the email possibly Monday... But I told them I received the email, and they mentioned that a acceptance letter will also be sent. The pre registration session is Friday June 10, so you still have plenty of time to receive the email.

Hi! All I have heard about GCC is that the way they spread their semesters relieves a little bit of stress and intensity of nursing school. I'm sorry u probably already know this. I believe both schools are good but clinicals is what draws me more towards la county. Good luck!!
