Is anyone applying for Fall 2016? Has anyone here attended the information session for Fall 2016 applicants? If so, can you provide some details as to what is was about. I was not able to attend.

I have applied for the Fall 2016 program.

As far as the information session I did attend both the generic and Lvn-rn sessions. Honestly it really was too much to remember but they said everything you need to know is online and it is. Requirements, student selection, deadlines etc. Maybe if you have a specific question I may be able to help. Have you applied, deadline is Feb 15

Hi! I applied for Fall 2016. As far as info sessions, I did attend the LVN-RN info session. However, I ended up applying to the basic RN route. A lot of the info is already on the website unless you have a specific question, they are very helpful over the phone too!

I decided to apply for the basic Rn program too.

I kept going back & forth on which route to take.. It's nice to know that another LVN did the same thing I did & went the basic route. I hope we get in!

Took me a while but realized that I would have a hard time keeping up with such an intense program. I work as a home health nurse and have pretty much lost anything I learned. But I don't regret my decision. I love nursing and I want to do it right the first time.

Good luck to you too. Have you taken the teas exam?

That's exactly how I feel about it. An extra year will only strengthen our skills & help us out in this intense program. I haven't taken the teas, I'm hoping to receive an invite to take them at county. Have you?

I just received my invite to take the teas. I have it scheduled for March 11. Have you heard anything yet?

That's awesome! I haven't received anything. I'm anxiously waiting. I called this morning to verify they received all of my documents & they did! So hopefully I get something soon :) Good luck on the teas!

I took the TEAS at LAC on the 11th as well! Did you get any results? They said it will be posted the following Saturday, but I am not seeing anything!

Same here. I have not seen any scores either.
