Hey!

Has anyone applied to KSU for the Spring 2014 program?

If no one has gotten one they may not have mailed them yet. Hopefully we know soon though, the suspense is killing me!

I applied for the Accelerated Spring 2014 and haven't received anything yet either. I check snail mail and email every other day. Janurary is fast approaching they need to hurry up I hate being in limbo. Just in case does anyone know of other accelerated programs in Georgia?

Ga State University offers a accelerated program as well.

Came home on my lunch break, just in time for the mail. No letter yet, though.

Edit: Has anyone's Owl Express changed? Mine hasn't.

Thanks for letting us know McEm! And about the interview I think I made 2 mistakes. I think they do look at what you have and I don't think I made it seem like I had enough support being a single mother. But how you present yourself and your situation is very big. The other mistake I made was that I always say too much at the beginning and then run out of things to say! So this time I held back but it turned out to be a short interview so I didn't get a chance to say everything I wanted. I think they are looking for people who are going to be determined and finish it and so I wasn't surprised I wasn't accepted on my first try. I have the questions written down that they asked me and I will look for them and post them soon.

I would love to see the questions they asked you. I know there's a thread here somewhere where it lists all the questions that could be brought up in the interview. I'll have to find it. Might as well practice while we wait, and be optimistic!

I hope they can see that, since I made straight As throughout this hardship, I can do this. I also have my in-laws near-by, and they are very supportive. I hope there is room in the interview to discuss these things.
