Hey!

Has anyone applied to KSU for the Spring 2014 program?

I have applied to the traditional BSN program, my GPA is 3.78 with an 86 Teas score.

I have applied to the accelerated program. My GPA is 3.06 and I scored a 90.7 on the TEAS. I'm super nervous! Best of luck to everyone!

Hi I applied in May. Have not heard anything back yet. I did get accepted into GBCON so far though. That starts Fall 2013.

Just sent in my application today: 3.77 GPA and 89.3 on the TEAs.

Applying for the accelerated program.

I'll be enrolling in the Gwinnett Tech's ADN program this fall, just in case I don't get in. Really crossing my fingers tho.

TFREE: They like 2nd degree students and life long learners. Your GPA and TEAS scores are higher than mine were when I applied. 5 of the 7 science need to be very strong. You'll do fine. The semesters go by quickly.

People tell me I have a decent shot at getting in, but I don't want to be overly confident. I've worked at the same company since 2004, so I haven't had to interview for anything in a long time.

It seems very quiet in this thread compared to the KSU nursing applicant threads here of past semesters. Are there not as many people applying this semester?

Also, I think you should easily get in with those stats as long as your interview isn't shaky.

I also applied for the traditional program for Spring 2014. 3.75 GPA and 84 on my TEAS exam. I was denied for Fall 2013 (didn't even get an interview) and advised to retake my freshman math for that "one more A" in my math/sciences, so hopefully it is enough! To say I am terrified is an understatement!

I applied for Spring '14 semester. I am so nervous about getting an interview! I have 3.9 GPA and a 92% on the TEAS. That should get me an interview, right?

I have heard of SO many people with amazing scores that never even get an interview.

Not yet, but last year, letters for interviews didn't go out until the very end of August. I was told letters would go out in late August/early September.
