Hey!

Has anyone applied to KSU for the Spring 2014 program?

They look at your top 7 out of 12 GPA, overall GPA, and teas- then the interview if you are invited.

There isn't a standard formula- there were people with all around better stats than me that didn't get an interview and some with worse than me who did.

Thank you! I just got a C in an economics class and it dropped by GPA a bit, so I was worried!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself. Generally the more A/B you have the better off you are but a C in Econ won't "do you in". I just got a C in Chem 2 and it dropped my GPA quite a but.

Thank you, I'm keeping my hopes up for now. Guess we'll have to wait and see the outcome. LOL.

Economics is a difficult subject. I wouldn't stress over a C in Econ. moreover, I believe the main focus will be on ur science and math.

I just applied for the accelerated program. My GPA is a 3.8 and I got a 84.7 on the TEAS. I hope it's good enough!

So about their application process? Is it just as simple as filling out that short form on the website? I was under the impression I would need an a essay and personal references? Is there going to be another step after that form? It says specifically that you won't receive even a conformation email so I'm a little at a loss as to what I need to gather for the application

Yes, it was just that easy form on the website. If your grades and TEAS score are good then you are invited to do an interview. But the interview letters won't go out until the fall.

Interview letters go out the end of August. Interviews are the middle of September.

I have applied to the accelerated program. My GPA is 3.06 and I scored a 90.7 on the TEAS. I'm super nervous! Best of luck to everyone!
