Anyone else out there applying to KSU's nursing program for Spring admission? Post your stats and whether you are applying for accelerated or traditional. I just submitted my application for traditional.
My stats are:
Overall GPA: 4.0
5/7 GPA: 4.0
7/12 GPA: 4.0
TEAS: 88%
Competitive Score: 87.6/90
****Total GPA- 20 points (multiply your GPA by 20 then divide by 4)
Top 5/7 - 30 points (math and science GPA only, multiplied by 30 then divide by 4)
Top 7/12-20 points (same as total GPA calculation)
TEAS 20 points - multiply by 20 then divide by 100
I got that email too. My heart jumped in my throat when I read the "Congratulations!..." in the preview of my email notification. Then I opened it and saw it was to the University. Such a mean trick!!
I checked my email & had an email from the nursing admissions- my heart dropped. I got so excited but it was them asking for my summer transcript. Even though I took classes at kennesaw in the summer & they have all my classes on degreeworks. So it looks like they haven't even finished making decisions. Hopefully we'll find out within 2 weeks!!

Same. I just got another KSU email regarding my conditional acceptance to the University (pending final Fall '17 transcript). Thats 2 emails in less than one week! They're messing with me :-P
Anyone know if they will be sending out emails this week? Also, does anyone know for sure if that formula for their competitive scoring is actually how they score applicants? If so, mine is (86.3) with all prereqs already completed
