Kennesaw Accelerated BSN Fall 2010

Published

Hey,

I'm new to this site and would like some information/advice on the interviewing process. I haven't heard anything about the interview which sucks, but I have to prepare....Does anyone know when they will be mailing out the interview letters? What kinds of questions do they ask? If you do not mind to share your GPA and TEAS with me also. Thanks so much! Best wishes for those who have applied!

Anxious,

TT22

That's awesome! Good for you!

Can you let me know what your GPA and TEAS scores were since you got accepted to Valdosta? I didn't get a letter from Kennesaw and now trying to figure out what to do as I have completed all my core classes. TEAS 85 and GPA 3.22. Thanks

My gpa is 4.00, and Teas of 95.9, but not to worry cos my friend has a gpa of 3.20 and Teas of 85.9 ,and she too got her acceptance letter to Valstate yesterday. Hope this helps?

All I can say about your TEAS is WOWWWWWW! You hit a homerun w/ that one!

You had that GPA and TEAS and did not get accepted into Kennesaws Nursing Program???

Oh I see you got an interview for Kennesaw...my bad. Can you tell me how you studied for the TEAS to get such a high score? Any help you can provide would be appreciated!

I got an interview letter from Kennesaw, & I already signed up for the interview. Meanwhile Valdosta has accepted me, i will still attend d KSU interview though. I do applied to Augusta State & Mercer as well, and im stil expecting letters from the latters, but at least, Im rest assured that come Fall 2010, i will be in a nursing program.

@Keno.....thanx, actually all my sections was 100%, d missed questions came from life science section.

@Kelbelllle.......no big deal..d maths are extremely simple which you'll need little or no practice. Actually, i bought d purple manual & i also paid for d online practice assessment (2 attempts), so i attempted d online practice exams, that really helped. Also synonyms & spelling is a great deal in English section(s). Wish u all d best!!!

Are there any students currently in (or recently graduated from) the Accelerated BSN program at Kennesaw out there?

If so--can you please tell me more about the pace of the program, and what your life looks like while in school? How many days are you in school? Is it all day? How much time in clinicals?

I'm trying to determine how rigorous the schedule is for the accelerated program....

Thanks so much!

Well--the interviews have begun!

I interviewed yesterday and asked about their decision timeline. They said that they will notify applicants of their acceptance status in about 3 weeks--it might be a little bit sooner, but plan for 3 weeks they said.

Good luck everyone!
