I recently transferred to KBCC and will be taking the TEAS exam in December. I'm registered to take Microbiology and Applied Physical Sciences for Allied Health Careers this fall. I'd like to connect with others who are on the same path this semester with the intention to form a support/study group. Present students are welcome also.

Don't forget to accept your acceptance letter you gotta reply to the nurse dept. by February 5.

Hi my name is Jazmin, I received my acceptance email earlier today. I’m 31 mom of 2. CNA on nights. I’d like to hopefully not be the only one in the 30s in this nursing program. I also have a few friends who were accepted as well.

Greetings!  Relax, you're good! I'm 47!! With grown children...LOL!  And everyone is chill here.  I'm going to create a facebook group later tonight if no one else has already or plan to.

There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page.  This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed.

Hello everyone, 

I am a transfer student and was accepted into kbcc this Spring. I will be taking Psy 3200 this Spring but I still need sci 2500 which I’m still waiting for that to be approved.  For those who were accepted into the program can you guys share some stats like your GPA and TEAS score ?? Help a sister out ?? in need of some guidance . Thank you!

My GPA was 3.4 and I got a 78 on my TEAS. I think my TEAS score definitely helped me. Good luck on your journey!!

3.5, 80 on the TEAS. 
Don’t over think it. You just need to pass proficient on all four parts. Goodluck.
