Kaplan scores....please help

Okay perfect!!...Work on completing 100% of your Qbanks through Sunday. Relax and rest on Sunday. Do something that's relaxing for you. Make sure you get enough rest the night before. Even if you cannot sleep, just lay there and let your body rest. You sound like you have this! You Kaplan scores are looking good. I had a 60% average on 100% complete Qbanks.

hmmm wondering where my other post went.

My readiness score was a 63.3%, but that was a month ago. I haven't studied as much since then, due to many illnesses between myself and my two little rascals. So I am hoping I retained a lot of info. It's kinda that inbetween stage where you feel so much time has passed that I need to extend to review, but on the same hand I am so burnt out from studying.

I wouldn't freak out too much with Kaplan. I personally didn't like Kaplan questions so I did 2 qbanks and 3 trainers. My scores were in the mid-60s. Aside from being vague, I felt the NCLEX was much easier. Stopped at 75 questions w/30 SATAs. Luckily my school paid for Kaplan or I would've been irritated.

I used kaplan....scores are posted on an earlier post. I read rationals again before my test.....i took it yesterday and im getting the good pop up. I will post when I get results.

Please help. I just completed qt5 at 48%. This will be my 3rd nclex attempt in 3 weeks. My other question trainers were ranging 55-65. Readiness was 72 and diagnostic was 62. Any help is much appreciated.

I was really worried about my scores as well, but I passed NCLEX 1st time with 75 question. Just focus on reading the rationals and you will do fine.

Your 72% on the readiness is a 99% chance of passing according to Kaplan .....I took kaplan too and passed with 76 questions.

I honestly don't know the difference between the two. The only difference I can think of is that the qbank allows you to do 50 max questions per test, you can choose the topics you want to get tested on or you can just all, you can select if you want to use questions that are unused or used or a mixture of both, and you can use time mode or tutor mode where they don't time you. Qtrainers are timed exams and the amount of questions per test keeps going up as you progress to qtrainer 7. Personally, when I do the qtrainers, I always feel like i'm bombing it, but surprisingly my scores aren't as bad as I'd thought. They're essentially the same types of questions, but I think the qbank may be slightly easier (in my opinion).

I agree, the Qtest seems to be harder than the bank. I'm doing q7 now and I feel so like i"m bombinb compared to the qbank.

Thank you me2006!! An update I took qt 6 today and got a 61.5. I have about 70% of the qbank completed with a score of 59. My last 6-7 qbanks of 50 questions has been ranging from a 62-66%. I am going to take qt 7 on Friday and finish up the qbanks. I test on Monday. Do you have any suggestions for me or do you think my scores are good enough to pass?
