Hi, I will be starting the RN program with Kaplan as soon as we relocate. My husband's in the Military so the wait lists at other colleges turned me away from them.
Do any of you go to Kaplan? If so, how did it work out for the student loans and stuff , I am confused. It seems as if tuition is around 45000 for the couple years of the program. I am eligible for the pell grant and the military grant of 3000 per year. But would the loans be able to cover everything else since it's a vocational school more than a traditional college? Thanks!
I got a call @ 12:55 and did get accepted because of my score:crying2:. My admin rep was giving two option either go for LVN or resubmit my app in January which I assumed I did not get an early acceptance for January too.
What the heck. I haven't heard ANYTHING! Now I'm freaking out...........
Are you gonna go to LVN then to RN? I was thinking that might be an option for me...Because if we don't get in for September why would we get in for January by resubmitting unless we are alternates
No, I am just going to pursue Public Health at National University. I am only 20 classes away from getting my BS. But we will see after I have finish the course.
My last name starts with a "M". I think it's just up to our rep when they're gonna call. Someone said a few pages back that their rep told her he would call people by Tuesday.Someone suggested they may be calling according to the alphabet? I'm towards the end "S" so maybe that's why? Otherwise I have NO idea:(
