Kaiser Permanente New Grad Interview

U.S.A. California

Published

Hello, I have an interview with Kaiser Permanente San Diego for a new grad position (no specific unit - have to reapply to a unit after training). I was wondering what types of questions they ask - behavioral? clinical? both? Any input would be awesome. Thank you!

Bananafana,

Congrats! I have a group interview next week. What kind of questions do they ask? any advice?

Is this for Kaiser San Diego?

No, I applied to KP Los Angeles.

Ah, sorry I just realized my last post was misleading... It was just a call for a phone interviewfor Kaiser SD. Although to be honest, I'd much prefer it be a call with an offer! í ½í¸›

hi! I wanted to pm you as well but it says that i can't. anyways, by any chance. can you please help me out as well? I am interviewing (group interview) next week. I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

rjane3 which Kaiser are you interviewing at?

Are all of Kaiser New grad interviews done in groups? The recruiter told me to expect 4-5 people in the panel, but did not mention if I would be interviewed alone, or in a group

Hi bananafana,

I was just wondering if you are an internal candidate? I applied to the SD new grad program on Feb 25 and my application has not updated yet.

It is not a group interview

From what I was told by HR, the upcoming Kaiser Los Angeles interview will be group panel interview. There will be between 20 and 30 candidates being interviewed by a panel of 5 people.

Sorry, I was talking about Kaiser SD

@arcilian - I'm an external candidate.

@umad - Have you interviewed for Kaiser SD in the past, or just for this upcoming cohort??
