Hello, I have an interview with Kaiser Permanente San Diego for a new grad position (no specific unit - have to reapply to a unit after training). I was wondering what types of questions they ask - behavioral? clinical? both? Any input would be awesome. Thank you!

I have an interview this Friday and would love some help. Mine is a telephone interview. I have my BSN and live in San Diego. I applied to the New Grad Program at Kaiser and just got an email to confirm my interview for 3/25/16. I am hoping someone can help. I already have my license. I got it six weeks ago.
Thank you,
Dee

I don't know if this topic is still open, but for anyone who has the answer to this question: how have you found application periods/new grad program information for Kaiser Permanente (any location)? Is having an "in" or setting up a search engine alert the only way (I've had alerts set up on their website for 6 months and never gotten any emails for new grad programs - perhaps missing the right keyword?)? I can't ever seem to find any information with KP.
Hi everyone,
I know it's an old post but I thought it's worth a shot to get tips/advice. I also graduated from a school in Orange County and I'm back in SD now. I recently applied to Kaiser SD new grad program to start on September. Do you have any advice for me at all regarding landing the position?
Any tips is appreciated! Thank you so much!

Hi jayecrew,
How did you apply for the position? Did you have to search through all of the jobs on Kaiser's site or is there a specific new grad program link that pops up a few times a year? Thanks so much!
